Silent like the snow the horses moved forward. The leadstallion who was of a soft golden tone looked quite serious at his mother, which left early in the morning. He didn't like it, when someone leaves the herd without permission, but his mother had her reasons, even if he wasn't able to understand them. The bay mare with the blueish stripes, his leadmare smiled softly when they arrived. The days up at the hills edge benefit her visually. The leading pair was flanked by another two stallions, the one with the teal-stripes was quite relaxed, he knew this meadow since his childdays and indeed, he was still quite young, if you compare him to the white stallion with the pink stripes he was still a foal. The old male raised his head, the ears pricked, searching for any sign, which could mean any danger to the herd. EH was used that the teal-striped stallion appeared from time to time, to see his human friend Rose, but it was quite unusuall that other Hotots came from the hill, but when the blue roan mare came down, pregnant by some heavy unicorn stallion it was quite a surprise.
